Hi, I’m Jens, 28 years old and a fully trained chef since 8 years. I did my apprenticeship in a 4* hotel and straight after successfully finishing it I jumped on a plane and started traveling. So I spent 2 years in Australia where I worked in beautiful Port Douglas in a fine dining restaurant for 2 seasons, with heaps of traveling between. Had an awesome year in New Zealand and worked for 7 months in Queenstown in the small but famous restaurant ‚Captains‘, where we had an amazing season with winning the Lamb & Beef Award, TripAdviser Award and topped the record of customers since 12 years! I also had a tiny bit of time out of cooking for 6 month, to work in Mallorca with promotional jobs and travelled through Asia, Norway, Switzerland and now I have arrived in Spain.

Besides of cooking I fell in love with Kitesurfing and Wakeskating and now I can’t wait to start with the origin of all: Surfing … so if I’m not in the kitchen you will catch me hitting some waves.
